Hi guys. Nice site! But "Windmills of Your Mind" was written (by Michel Legrand and Marilyn and Alan Bergman) for the movie "The Thomas Crown Affair" in 1968, so your 1964 date on the album must be wrong.
By the way, did you know that Richard Hayman was an arranger for The Boston Pops under Arthur Fiedler for decades? This album is quite a departure for him!
Good eye, the year didn't feel right when I posted it, but I went with the date I found online. Another reference says 1969, so let's go with that.
I always thought Richard Hayman (picture here: http://thudlike.googlepages.com/Hayman-Richard-02.jpg
was the sames as Richard Hyman/Dick Hyman --
The Man From O.R.G.A.N.
The Electric Eclectics of Dick Hyman
but I was wrong again.
Yes this album was made in 1969! 2 years after the subway of Montreal was inaugurated.
