"Additional equipment includes strobes, 20 assorted spot, flood and revolving colored lights, two mirrored balls, bubble machine and slide projector - all surrounding the Musicade. Truly a marvel of the electronic age."

Carl Manor at the MUSICADE Playing "SMALL WORLD"
Pioneering multimedia moogy bombast by Ray Whitaker and Carl Manor from Tucson, Arizona. Probably recorded early 1970's, my guess.
One of my favorite electronic albums - listen for the "complete toy counter of drums, tambourines, maracas, weedo, cow-bell, sleigh-bells and whistles."
Listen for the odd 8-track sound effects.
And please listen to the last track "MALEGUENIA" - my absolute favorite cover of the song MALAGUENA. I've lost innumerable brain cells to just this one track....
Watch the YouTube video for images of The Musicade in all its glory at the Musicade Lounge!
I love this album so much I called Carl Manor in Tucson out of the blue about 10 years ago or so ( He's listed in the Tucson phone book). He told me he had just recently sold that magnificent keyboard monster 'The Musicade' (what a score that was for somebody) and that he still performed around Tucson, at various Senior Centers.
